Information Stored by the App
Plumb Bid Pro stores app data locally on the user’s Mac. This may include:
- Customer names and contact information
- Job names, job addresses, and job notes
- Proposal and invoice information
- Labor time entries
- Schedule entries
- Catalog items
- Imported job and customer documents
- Company settings entered by the user
How Data Is Used
The information entered into Plumb Bid Pro is used only to provide the app’s features, including customer management, job tracking, proposal creation, invoice creation, scheduling, time tracking, document storage, PDF export, backup, and restore.
Local Storage
Plumb Bid Pro is designed as a local-first app. App data is stored on the user’s Mac. The app does not require an account or cloud login.
Data Sharing
Plumb Bid Pro does not sell user data.
Plumb Bid Pro does not use advertising tracking.

Backups and Exports
Users may create backups, restore backups, export PDFs, and import documents. Files selected, saved, imported, exported, backed up, or restored by the user are controlled by the user.
